What a Dish Diana

$49.00

One of my unique one of a kind creations. This plate is made with a 12 inch Crooksville dinner plate, a 10 inch pink serving bowl ,6 inch vintage saucer, dinner napkin holder ,  and a jewel. They are put together by hand drilling the plates for extra stability. They also have a strong industrial adhesive that is waterproof and weatherproof.  They are put together with rubber washers bolts and nuts. These flowers never need watering or sun, but I do recommend that they be stored indoors in the winter. It is attached at the back with a nut and bolt. We include a 24” copper tube mounting stake assembly for outdoor display.  It can also be displayed indoors on a plate easel. Each plate is one of a kind and put together with repurposed plates, vintage glass and assorted baubles. My husband and I sourced these creations through auction, thrift stores and rummage. We had so much fun and learned so much about vintage dishes and glass along the way. The perfect combination of creativity and shopping two things I love. This flower reminds of an elegant friend from the past. She could put on a potato sack and look elegant. She was one of the most beautiful people I’ve known .She also was beautiful on the inside despite terrible physical pain she endured daily What a fond memory this flower evoked . She taught me style is all about how things are put together even if you have no funds. And so Diana was created.

Description

My plate flowers are created by assembling hand drilled plates together for extra stability. I also use a strong industrial adhesive that is waterproof and weatherproof.  Most plate flowers are put together with rubber washers bolts and nuts. These flowers never need watering or sun, but I do recommend that they be stored indoors in the winter. Some plate flowers are attached at the back with a nut and bolt and some have a bottle or hanger. We include a copper tube mounting stake assembly with select plate flowers that are constructed with the bolt and nut. Plate flowers can also be displayed indoors on a plate easel. Each plate is one-of-a kind and put together with items such as repurposed plates, vintage glass and assorted baubles. My husband and I sourced these creations through auction, thrift stores and rummage. We had so much fun and learned so much about vintage dishes and glass along the way. The perfect combination of creativity and shopping two things I love.
